Gratefulheart
A grateful heart is not a light heart
But a full heart,
Full of loss and love
And the density of being Alive
Just when you feel there isn't room
To take in anything more into the crystalline of chambers
Not one more child in need of surgery
Not one more grim headline on the news
Not one more confusing conversation
There appears a curious laughter in your belly so mysterious
A resonance that shatters the density Like sound healing on stones of kidneys
Cascading an unstoppable alchemical transformation of heart making space for more to be…
More to be held in the structures of love
The structures that formed in the womb yet keep shape shifting
All the days of our Aliveness
A grateful heart is not a light heart
Yet a heart that is fully Alive!
Blessed be the gratefulheart
